Refund Policy

Creator Growth Solutions LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions applicable to refunds for our digital products, courses, and services. By purchasing any of our offerings, you acknowledge and agree to the refund terms described below.

Please read this policy carefully, as different products and services are subject to different refund terms.

2. Digital Products & Courses — 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

All digital products and courses sold by Creator Growth Solutions LLC are backed by a 14-day money-back guarantee.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of purchase.

To request a refund:

• Send an email to diego@creatorgrowthsolutions.com with the subject line "Refund Request" followed by the name of the product you purchased
• Include your full name, email address used at purchase, and date of purchase
• Refund requests must be submitted via email to the address above. Requests submitted through any other channel (social media, DMs, phone calls, comments, etc.) will not be considered valid and will not be processed.

Upon verification of your purchase, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method used at checkout.

This 14-day money-back guarantee applies exclusively to digital products and courses and does not extend to agency services, consulting, coaching, retainers, or any other done-for-you services offered by the Company.

3. Agency Services, Consulting & Done-For-You Work — Governed by Client Agreement

Refunds, cancellations, and payment terms for agency services, consulting engagements, retainers, and done-for-you work are governed exclusively by the individual service agreement, statement of work, or contract executed between you and the Company.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in your signed agreement:

• Payments for services are non-refundable once work has commenced
• Cancellation terms, notice periods, and any applicable credits are as set forth in your agreement
• This Refund Policy does not create any refund rights for services beyond those stated in your agreement

Financial Obligation — Payment Plans. If you enroll in a payment plan and pay by installments, you authorize the Company to initiate recurring charges on your credit or debit card. The details of the payment plan, including the number of installments, amount of each installment, and the due dates, will be clearly set forth prior to the completion of your purchase or in your service agreement. You are responsible for the completion of all payments associated with your payment plan regardless of whether you continue to access or use the product or service. Failure to complete payments does not constitute a cancellation and does not entitle you to a refund of any amounts already paid. It is your responsibility to ensure that sufficient funds are available and that your payment information is up to date.

4. Anti-Chargeback Clause

By purchasing any product or service from the Company, you agree to the following:

• You will contact the Company directly at diego@creatorgrowthsolutions.com to resolve any billing concerns, questions, or disputes before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank or credit card provider.
• If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting the Company and allowing a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue, the Company reserves the right to contest the chargeback and provide all relevant purchase records, account activity logs, access logs, IP records, and any other documentation to your financial institution.
• Chargebacks initiated in violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of your access to all products and services, collection efforts for any outstanding amounts owed, and reporting to applicable fraud prevention databases.
• You waive the right to pursue chargebacks beyond the applicable refund period outlined above unless required by law.

5. Disputed Charges

If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us immediately at diego@creatorgrowthsolutions.com. We are committed to resolving billing issues promptly and fairly. Most issues can be resolved within 48 business hours when you contact us directly.

6. Exceptions

The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to make exceptions to this Refund Policy on a case-by-case basis. Any such exception shall not constitute a waiver of the Company's right to enforce this policy in full in the future.

7. Modification of Policy

The Company reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will apply to purchases made after the effective date of the updated policy. The refund terms in effect at the time of your purchase will govern your transaction.
